The non-profit Wildlife Rehabilitators of North Carolina will hold their 7th Annual Symposium in Raleigh on January 31, 2009, entitled, "Trauma Management of Injured Wildlife". A list of available training classes can be found at http://ncwildliferehab.org/training2/training.cfm .Two ways that WRNC can help your clients are with their brochure that provides information about native wildlife and wildlife rehabilitation that can be posted in your office or handed out to clients and the WRNC's website that lists the licensed rehabilitators, FAQ's, upcoming education classes and symposium information. Look in the Vet Tips section for the password for veterinarians to access the treatment and medication information.
