NCASAM Recognizes Members' Excellence February 7, 2009
On February 3rd, at the NCASAM Annual Members' Meeting that takes place at the first one day meeting of the year, members were recognized for exceeding their continuing education requirements. The North Carolina Veterinary Medical Board requires that all N.C. Veterinarians obtain 20 hours of CE per year to maintain their N.C. licenses. Dr. Dwight Bellinger, Dr. Ron Myers and Dr. Diane Schaller each obtained 56 hours of post-graduate education in 2008 by attending NCASAM one day meetings. Nine members had 49 hours and 4 members had 42 hours. Congratulations to these NCASAM veterinarians for leading the state in the pursuit of excellence in small animal medicine and surgery.
